Texas World Speedway July 15-16
John Eagle Honda Import Day

I spent the July 15-16 weekend in College Station, Tx, attending the John Eagle Honda Import Day at Texas World Speedway. The event was awesome! Note that this wasn't a real race event but rather an opportunity to drive your car fast around the track, and if you want, have an instructor ride with you and teach you the proper driving technique.

I can't begin to describe how fun and educational it is to actually drive fast around a real road course. Of course, it also helped very much that I had a really great instructor throughout the event, Mike Patterson. Thanks Mike!

P.S. Drag racing now seems about as fun as going to the dentist's office..
